50 ml Glacier Gin
150 ml premium tonic
Ice

Fill a highball with ice. Add the gin, top with tonic and stir gently once.

30 ml Glacier Gin
30 ml Campari
30 ml sweet vermouth

Stir all ingredients with ice for 20 seconds and strain over a large ice cube.

50 ml Glacier Gin
25 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml sugar syrup
4 basil leaves

Gently press the basil with the syrup, add the rest, shake hard with ice and double strain.

50 ml Glacier Blue Gin
20 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml sugar syrup
8 fresh mint leaves
80 ml chilled soda water
Crushed ice

Gently press the mint with the lime and syrup in a highball glass to release the aroma, without shredding the leaves. Fill with crushed ice, add the gin, stir from the bottom, then top with soda.
