Shipping Policy
At Glacier Gin, we take great care to ensure that every order arrives safely, securely and as quickly as possible. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in the Netherlands.
Free shipping on orders from €65
Shipping is free on all orders of €65 or more, including the Glacier Duo. For smaller orders, a flat shipping rate applies per country:

Shipping prices include VAT. The rate is the same whether you order one bottle or several.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France and Denmark. We cannot deliver to Iceland, where online sales of alcohol to consumers are not permitted. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us at hello@glaciergin.is and we will let you know when we deliver there.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery times
- Germany and Austria: 2–5 business days
- Netherlands, Belgium, France and Denmark: 4–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of weather or courier delays.
Duties and taxes
All prices include VAT and local alcohol duties for your delivery country. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Damaged or lost orders
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at hello@glaciergin.is with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and, where applicable, issue a replacement or refund.
Age verification
By placing an order, you confirm that you and the recipient are of legal drinking age in the delivery country. The courier may check ID and will not hand over the parcel to anyone under age.
